![]() ![]() So ultimately by making it easier for anyone to pick up a remote, they sell more copies because more people get to have fun and get a few wins, because who actually enjoys losing? This encourages new players to grab the next copy as its been promised as the "greatest 2K yet", also encourages people that have played at a mates house to try out the game for themselves since they enjoyed dropping buckets. ![]() ![]() Because there is far more casual gamers that like to mess around for an hour or two when they get a chance on the weekend, compared to people that play it as their main game regularly and don't tend to pay for in game transactions. That is the main issue in my opinion and theres a pretty obvious reason why 2K took this path rather than making a larger skill gap. There simply isn't a big enough skill gap in nba 2k17 to separate the good players that have played since 2k12, from the guys like my younger brother who are playing 2K for the first time. This is exactly the way i feel and i think that i've played enough games to know what the problem is. ![]()
